House Rules
Upon check-out if time allows, please put all soiled towels in the washer and start it on a hot water cycle (include hand towels and kitchen towels and rags.) Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it. All trash should be taken to the bins outside (bathroom trash included.) Trash should be taken to the road Thursday evenings for pickup on the following morning. Early check-in fee is $70 of available. Late checkout fee is $150. Guests after 11:00P.M. are considered overnight guests. Any unauthorized guests will result in a $50 fee per person. Any extra guests exceeding the guest limit of 6, is grounds for removal and cancellation. There is a strict NO PARTY policy. If parties are held, guests will be responsible to pay a fee of 2x the reservation amount.
