No parties or events. Quiet enjoyment only, please.
No smoking or vaping inside the unit.
No pets unless pre-approved.
🔇 Noise & Respect
Please be mindful of noise, especially at night (quiet hours: 9:00pm – 10:00am). Sound carries easily to the downstairs unit.
Avoid stomping or dragging furniture. We appreciate your consideration!
🚪 Balcony & Windows
Do not hang anything over the railings (towels, clothes, etc.).
Please supervise children on the balcony at all times.
Keep windows closed when the A/C or heat is running.
🧼 Cleaning & Trash
Place all trash in designated bins (located on the side of the complex, under the upstairs balcony.
Trash bins are to be placed on the curb every Sunday. Trash pick up is on Monday.
Wash dishes before checkout or start the dishwasher.
Please report any spills or damage right away so we can address them promptly.
🔌 Safety & Security
Always lock doors and windows when leaving.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or safety devices.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
We prefer shoes off when entering the unit, to keep the home sanitary.
Please turn ACs to 73 when leaving.
